We repair all varieties of video game consoles, audio equipment and other electronics. Whether you need a screen replacement on a Nintendo Switch, or your PlayStation 4 has no signal, we can fix it!

How long does a repair take?
We carry most parts we use for repairs - because of this, 90% of our repairs are completed in 2-3 business days.
Situations can arise where a part may be out of stock that is required to complete a repair and this may lead to an extended repair time.

What is the cost?
You can refer below to table for the cost of our most common repairs.
Not listed below? Give us a call and we will provide a quote.
If you mail-in your repair, there will be an additional cost for return postage.

Is there a diagnostics fee?
We don't charge a diagnostics fee - and if we are unable to repair your device, their is no charge.

How do I set up a repair?
You can either drop your device into us, or mail it in to our location in Mount Barker.
When setting up a mail-in repair, ensure that your device is securely packed.
We will pack your item for return with care so that it arrives back to you safely.

Is there a warranty for repairs?
Yes! Warranty ranges from 30-90 days, depending on the type of repair.
For example, a water damage repair have a warranty of 30 days, but a charge port repair may be 90 days. New replacement parts are covered under the manufactures warranty which is typically about a year.

Please note: Consoles such as the Xbox 360 or the Wii can often be purchased second hand very cheap. So cheap in fact that it is often more cost effective to buy a used one than to get it repaired. This however contributes to the growing issue of electronic waste. We do offer to buy faulty consoles if you would prefer to buy a second hand one.
